Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck and payment directly from your bank account through PayPal.
We do not accept checks.
We will accept well-concealed cash and money orders (if it makes it to us). We are not responsible for money lost in the mail. If you want to pay with cash or a money order, please notify us in advance so that we can mark the item as sold and provide our mailing address. We will hold these items for 10 days as we await payment. contact@gin-gin.com
Purchasing
We have to manually move an item from inventory to sold status. This means there is a chance that you can order something that has already been ordered by someone else.
If this happens, we will email you, see if there is another product we can substitute or we will refund your money. We apologize in advance if this happens to you!
If you are a NC Resident I charge a 7% tax.
Returns
We do not accept returns at this time. However, we want you to be really happy with your products! If a product is not what you expected, let us know.
Shipping**
We ship on Tuesdays.
If you order an item by midnight on Friday, it will go out in the following Tuesday's mail.
If you order an item on the weekend or Monday, it will most likely ship the following Tuesday (i.e. 10 days later).
Orders can possibly be rushed with either a $5 rush fee, or a really, really nice email telling me how much you love the product and really, really wish it could get there faster, and permission for me to reproduce this "unsolicited flattery" on this Web site. We will try our best, but we work and travel, so we can't always promise we can rush an order. contact@gin-gin.com

We provide an insurance option for an additional $1.50 per item. If you would like for us to insure an item, please let us know when purchasing. contact@gin- | gin.com
International Shipping Costs:
We ship internationally, however, this can be much more expensive depending on the ship to location (especially if ordering pillows).
Once you place your order, we will provide you with an estimate of the additional costs. You can also email us ahead of time and we will put the item on hold while we work out international costs. If shipping costs become prohibitive, we will gladly refund your money!
** since it is the holiday season, we are trying to get orders out sooner so that you will have time to give them as gifts. Let us know if you have a "deadline."
